The staff is a family run business with cute cats. The price was fair for the area. Rooms were cleaned well, the air conditioning, smart TV, and wifi works well. The staff speak English pretty well too. They were kind, made check in easy, even allowed me to check in much earlier than their 2pm check-in. I had a few small requests during my stay, they were happy to help me with fresh towels, switching rooms. The owner even offered me some of his thouc lao :)
