    When we arrived at the hotel, the grab driver had to park at the left side of the one way road because the law forbids them from parking on the right side of the road. We had to drag all our luggage (about 60kgs) on a busy road to the hotel. The first impression that we had about the hotel was already shattered and when we saw the condition of the lobby, we were not going to expect the room to be good. The lobby was in a disarray, poorly air conditioned and its got that stale smell. Staff were inattentive, except for the bellboy who cared for us more than any of the other staff in the hotel. To their credit, they allowed us an early check-in (30 mins earlier). The room that they gave us was horrible, the stale odour in the lobby was present in the room too, floor was dirty and the air-cond was in a poor state. We asked for a room change and they obliged, gave us a better room but the stale odour is still in that room too. We also experienced a black-out in midnight, called for help and when the technician arrived he did not greet us at all, just proceed to enter the room with his dirty sandals (did not even bother to take it off). He then looked around and said nothing is wrong, its just a trip and then proceed to ask what we did we do as if implying that we are at fault for that electrical trip. He is rude and appears to be obnoxious and I had to ask him if he is blaming us and only then he started to adjust his tone. We were really bothered by this sort of treatment and felt we had been ripped off. Truly a nightmarish experience, please avoid staying here at all cost if you are even considering it.
