Il quartiere è immerso nel verde molto tranquillo e piacevolmente vivibile, in assenza di rumori, traffico e disponibilità di spazi aperti. La tipologia di costruzione è qualitativamente buona, non abbiamo sofferto il cadlo nonostante le temperature esterne.
Le dotazioni e gli arredi sono buoni. Tuttavia la seconda camera è di dimensioni limitate e il letto a castello costituisce un limite. Indicato quindi per una coppia o una coppia con ragazzi.

Ottima posizione. Vicino alla stazione di Calenzano e Prato. Abbiamo visitato Firenze andando con il treno senza avere lo stress del parcheggio
