年末に1週間滞在しました。アパートメント全体は古いですが特に問題はありません。部屋は11Fにあります。寝室があり、2人で過ごすには十分な広さです。他の部屋の住人達の騒音などは無く静かです。シャワーの水圧も良く、お湯も出ます。キッチンは2口のガスコンロで使いやすく、必要最低限の調理器具や食器類もあります。バルコニーからは海が見えます。ホストは常に気を使ってくれて、返答が早く素晴らしかったです。総評としてコストパフォーマンスの良い部屋です。
部屋専用のWiFiでは無い為、通信速度が遅くオンラインミーティングなどのリモートワークには向いていません。 小さなエレベーターが1台しかない為、多くの荷物は一度に運べません。
