地點超好，離火車站、gorbergrat 齒軌列車站、sunnegga地下纜車站都很近，樓下右轉就有綠色Ebus能直達冰川天堂纜車站，下樓還能直接拍馬特洪峰日出金山照。超市也在附近，地點真的沒話說，超讚。房間超大、寬敞，有陽台，設備也有一應俱全，很舒適。
這是我遇過規定最多的一間住宿，垃圾要自己處理、床組要在退房前全部拆下放置地上，對一個初來乍到的外國人來說，並不了解當地的垃圾處理和資源回收問題，看到有人因為這樣被罰款，害我連住四天，完全不敢產生任何垃圾，垃圾全部想盡辦法丟在外面的路邊垃圾桶，這樣的感覺很不友善。 另外，入住前要填寫超多資料，並提早一個多月先付款，約定好時間交接鑰匙，卻無人出現，後來自己在信箱裡找到鑰匙，往來的信件中也沒說明房間位置，雖有號碼，但這棟樓分左右兩邊，並且還有一般住戶，貿然在各樓層尋找，感覺非常不舒服。
