This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea, which made for relaxing morning and evening strolls. Being slightly outside of Nice let us enjoy the Mediterranean charm without the overwhelming crowds, yet everything is still close by. The apartment itself is spotless, bright, and very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. It offers plenty of space, making it both comfortable and practical. Check-in and check-out were simple, and parking was easy to access. Overall, this is an excellent holiday apartment—comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located.

The apartment is exactly as described, with high-quality amenities: comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, , powerful shower and the sofa even with electric leg rest. Great layout of the apartment, with a living room and balcony facing the sea, and bedrooms overlooking the gardens , very comfortable and relaxing. The pool is large , perfect for a refreshing dip after coming home and the children enjoyed it a lot too. Secured parking within the residence is very convenient. The location is quiet and convenient to explore French Rivera (15 minutes to Nice center, 30 to Antibes, and 45 to Monaco)

Erg aardige gastheer die ons persoonlijk kwam verwelkomen. Mooi, ruim en licht appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (o.a. complete keuken, veel kastruimte). Het strand is heel dichtbij en de aanwezigheid van een zwembad is erg fijn! Het is een rustig plekje ondanks dat je dichtbij alles zit. Restaurantjes op loopafstand, net als de haven en bijvoorbeeld CAP3000. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een geslaagde vakantie!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
