Ainhoa was great, a very hospitable host. When we landed at the airport she sent very clear directions for how to get to the apartment and she even explained how the public transport worked. The location is great, right next to the metro and there's a Laundromat and grocery store close by as well.
Not the fault of our host, but there was construction in the apartment next door. A couple of days it was impossible to sleep in past 8. The only real downside was the hot water in the shower didn't last very long, 5 minutes at best, but Ainhoa tried to fix it as soon as we told her

La habitación es muy acogedora y la ubicación del piso excelente, cerca del metro y a pocas paradas del casco antiguo
Aunque no estaba mal, la limpieza del baño podría mejorar un poco

Ainoha was a a really good host . She helped us with keeping our bikes in safe indoor place and was very helpful with everything. She made sure that we felt as private as possible.
