الشقة واسعة ونظيفة. ينقصها غسالة ملابس وفرن او مكرو ويف. لا يمكنك اكمال استحمامك لان الماء الساخن ينفذ بسرعة. مكانها قريب من كل من مركز المدينة ومراكز التسوق والمولات. جيد بشكل عام. يجب فحص المرافق عند الدخول وتصوير التالف منها واخبار صاحب الشقة لكي لا يتهمك انك تسببت باتلافها.
الماء الساخن ينفذ بسرعة، لا غسالة، لا فرن او مكرويف.
