Jacob and his wife have been very friendly and easy to reach via SMS and booking. We were welcomed at the apartment by Jacob, who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything that you need. The center is only a 5-10 minutes walk away from the apartment.
Even tho during the day the area is rather busy, the night has been really quiet and we could sleep with open windows.

The apartment was great, clean, bed comfortable. Location is very central and has everything in the neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly, responded to all of my messages very fast and there were no problems. Even though we didn't travel with pets it's great that this apartment is pet friendly! We will definitely come back again 😊
Kitchen was very well equipped but it would be nice to have dishwasher.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, absolut sauber und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Inhaberin, die außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Auch die Lage ist top: Man ist in nur ca. 4 bis 5 Gehminuten direkt am Strand.
Leider gab es auch ein paar technische Schwachpunkte, die den Komfort etwas getrübt haben. Der Kühlschrank hat zwar gekühlt, wurde aber an der Außenseite extrem heiß und hat dadurch die Wohnung zusätzlich aufgeheizt. Auch die Klimaanlage ist leider stark unterdimensioniert – sie schafft es gerade so, das Zimmer zu kühlen, in dem sie installiert ist, und das auch nur, wenn sie durchgehend im Dauerbetrieb läuft. Für Gäste, die auf eine gute Internetverbindung angewiesen sind: Das WLAN war leider sehr schwach und kam meist nur auf ca. 8 Mbit/s im Download und ca. 2 Mbit/s im Upload.
Fazit: Eine wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung in toller Lage mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin, aber mit deutlicher Luft nach oben bei der technischen Ausstattung.

Das Apartment ist recht neu. Das Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Ausstattung in der Küche an Teller und Besteck ließ zu wünschen übrig.
