El precio estaba bien. La cama era muy cómoda. Tiene heladera, hornito eléctrico, cafetera y microondas. El supermercado en frente es práctico.
No tenía espacio ni muchas instalaciones para cocinar. El baño es muy pequeño (sobre todo la ducha). Tenía demasiadas decoraciones que reducían el espacio de guardado.
