El barrio donde está ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, familiar y ubicado cerca a minimarkets. A 4 cuadras del supermercado La Anónima. La casa tiene estacionamiento frontal. Tiene un patio trasero muy bonito, con parrilla y tendedero. Es una casa ideal para ir en familia y niños pequeños. Está muy bien equipada al interior, cocina y baño muy limpios. Las piezas tienen closets, así que son ideales para guardar la ropa y chaquetas. Quizás está un poco lejos de la playa, pero tiene otras ventajas. Buena relación precio-calidad.
