Nothing - it was all good

I have to say, that this is the most difficult review. The Mark "6" is just the number, please read this review. I had booked more than 60 accomodation with Booking. The place is perfect, you can go by car and there is a lot of monuments and things what to do in 2 hours by car. On the other side, you have to go by car....There's nothing to walk to nearby. Accomodation: This accomodation has a Genius Loci - the house is modern, but in the house there is a lot of mementos from the journey around the world, It is Amazing!!! - so the rate is 10!!!! Owners: When we had some problem, Antonio was here in 2 hours and solved the problem (Except for the jacuzzi)....thanks!!! So Antonio has rate 10!!!! We had a wine and prosecco, which was very nice and we appreciated it. Please read below....

There were several things, which I would like to make a review...We're glad we documented all 1) We booked the accomodation on the end of April, so we know that the pool will be not so warm, so we booked accomodation with jacuzzi. But the jacuzzi didn´t heat, so it was not usable. It was disappointment, but it can happen... So we tried to enjoe our holiday without jacuzzi. The owner tried to explain us, that jucuzzi didn´t warm the water, but outside temperature is under 20C, and it doesn ´t work, we known that it wasn´t truth. The outside temperature was more than 20C and didnť work. 2) There were several things which were bat: dishwasher had broken heating the water, so it was cleaned it cold water (dishes were sticky). We wrote to Antonio and he Immediately solved the problem - thanks!!!. We can not use the grill, because it was very dirty.... We can not use the washing machine: had mold in it. 3) Dishes in the kitchen were dirty, my wife had to almost everything wash by hand. This all things were happened, It can be, we tried to enjoy our holiday Despite that. When we had problem, Antonio helped us, but there were a lot of problems.... There is one more thing, which happened after our holiday. The owner wanted 200Euros from us, because we dirtied the sofa and the bathroom. We refused it and asked for photos. The photos we never received. Why you did this? On the otherside we felt such injustice, that we, THE FIRST TIME IN OUR MORE THAN 60 BOOKED ACCOMODATION, wrote to Booking about our problems in accomodation. We send our explanation and photos. The result? We didn´t have to pay 200Euros, but we received from Booking a significant amount as a refund. We never would have done it if we hadn't felt wronged. Why Rating "6"? Because of the dirt in the kitchen. It is something which was the worst and a lot of Equipment were broken or Useless.
