A budget solution for a near by concert...location is a bit industrial but the room and common area were fine...not ideal without some kind of vehicle but a safe budget stop for me
the surrounding industrial area is not the greatest setting

Location.
It's not that the location is bad - it's ok
It's about that the location is not secured.
It's not in a city, the place in the middle of nowhere (industrial area) and during the night it's empty !
We have been there totally alone, I have traveled many years in my life, and it felt not good ..
I didn't sleep at all.
The host though was really kind and nice
