Ubicación céntrica y el apartamento es muy chulo y espacioso. También la disponibilidad de garage con acceso directo al apartamento.
El edificio es muy viejo y la escalera huele mal y está muy descuidada. Faltan algunas comodidades como percheros de pared en el baño, no puedes colgar las toallas, que por cierto son muy viejas y rotas.

Buena ubicación Espacioso y muy amplio Entrada libre con recogida y depósito de llaves sin horario próximo al edificio. 2o piso sin ascensor o planta 0 desde el Parquing con pocos escalones. Parking pequeño pero funcional.
Limpieza un poco justa. Pelusa en el suelo, TV sucia y sofá también… El wifi no llega a las habitaciones, solo cocina-salón. Baño: poca intimidad, pestillo roto. Sin secador de pelo. Habitaciones con poca intimidad: puerta corredera translúcida. Sin lámparas de mesa (la luz de techo molesta al resto si están encendidas por la noche).
