Very helpful reception staff who spoke excellent English. Great location close to old city, nice views and easy parking across the road.
Our washing machine was broken and we were not told. When we washed our clothes, it flooded the bathroom floor. I had to mop up a flood. We did get access to a different machine but it would have been good to know not to use the machine. All the photos on the website have beautiful stone walls showing in the apartments, ours did not have this feature.
