Colazione non compresa, posizione discreta in base alle mie esigenze (non proprio di vacanza ma per stare vicino ad un figlio residente a Torre a Mare), appartamento tutto sommato buono.
Appartamento da curare meglio la manutenzione come pulizia scarichi e filtri rubinetteria (ho dovuto occuparmene io in quanto scorreva poca acqua) serratura porta molto dura nell'apertura chiusura cosi pure le finestre, finestre migliorabili con doppi vetri. Abitazione fronte con autoclave molto rumorosa (basterebbe coibentarla con una piccola parete di polistirolo per attenuarne di molto il rumore)

Un vecindario muy tranquilo con parada de transporte público a muy pocos metros.
Este departamento está en otra localidad. Hay que viajar a Bari 25 minutos. Avisamos que faltaban vasos y nunca trajeron. La puerta principal es difícil de abrir y cerrar porque la cerradura es muy dura.

War sauber
Als wir ankamen war Müll von den vorigen Gästen noch da, das hat sich auch als Problem bei unserer Abreise erwiesen. Es gab für uns nur zwei Toilettenpapierrollen, wir waren zu dritt. Stromausfall mehrere Male beim Kochen. Die Kanister von Klimaanlage muss man selber entleeren. Die klobürste ist verrostet und kaputt gegangen. Auf dem Balkon keine Möbel zum sitzen. Auf dem Schlafsofa ist es sehr schlecht zu schlafen. Die Gegend ist sehr zugemüllt, aber das ist wohl da allgemeines politisches Problem.
