In generale sono stati numerosi i difetti della struttura; andando per punti: -la posizione è scomoda da raggiungere in macchina date le vie strette e spesso bloccate dai cittadini locali che parcheggiano la macchina lasciandola in mezzo alla strada. -la TV non era funzionante -assenza di privacy, gli ambienti (bagno escluso) sono privi di porte -scale per il primo piano pericolanti, le assi di legno dei gradini non sono fissate alla travi -in generale c’è uno scarso stato di manutenzione dei mobili (sedie con viti svitate, mobili traballanti…)
