All good in general. Breakfast was decent, not much to choose for but enough for the first bite.
Nothing major. There were some stains on the towels and water was pouring out of the shower cabin a little bit during taking the shower.

very good access to the metro and tram, making it easy to get around the city. The standout point was the exceptional support and hospitality from Yilmaz at reception, who was consistently helpful and professional.
The partly false room description, the lack of a real balcony, the extremely limited sea view, constant street noise, and poor soundproofing. The elevator often malfunctioned and was very small, the shower water repeatedly cut off or turned cold, and the breakfast was the same every day. Altogether, these issues made the stay below expectations.
