As an expat in Thailand, I frequent Koh Samer. Ive been wanting to stay at Tamarind but it's always booked. I had the opportunity to stay this time and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. It's a phenomenal place to stay and feel luxury in the island. I can't wait to see the final product of the renovation, when the pool and sauna is up ans ready.

This resort is excellent! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious with great amenities and a beautiful bathroom with a great bathtub! The resort is located right on the beach with a wonderful restaurant and massages nearby. Although the bar service was a little slow, they offer a nice happy hour and a wide variety of menu options.

I would like to raise a concern about my recent stay at your resort. During my stay, I needed sanitary pads suddenly but could not find any available in the entire resort. When I asked the staff, they informed me that none were provided. This was extremely inconvenient, especially considering that the resort is located near the sea and far from the downtown area, where it is difficult to purchase such basic items. For a resort of this level, not providing essential sanitary products is unacceptable and does not meet the expected standard of service and makes every customer embarrassed I sincerely hope that you will address this issue and ensure such basic necessities are available for future guests.
