The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The location is also convenient—quiet and safe, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. We accidentally broke a glass during our stay, but the administrator was very understanding and kind, simply saying, “No problem, thank you.” I truly appreciated that level of hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for the great service!

Great location, close to supermarkets, a pharmacy, and tram and metro stops within a 15-minute walk. A nice deep bathtub. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils. It was nice to see two bottles of drinking water. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom, including a large closet.

The first thing we noticed when we entered the apartment was a strong smell of urine. All windows was closed and it took a while to air out the apartment. But the smell returned periodically throughout our stay. The next thing that disappointed me was the bed, which was very small, just ridiculously sized. In the photo it looked like a full-size double bed, but in reality it was 1.20 sm? I'm not sure, but I've never seen a bed this small. Plus, it's uncomfortable, the mattress is too hard. The lack of a microwave was also disappointing because I'm used to buying convenience foods and heating them up in the microwave when I travel. In terms of cleanliness, the floors were dirty, all my light colored socks were very dirty after walking on those floors. The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. We unfolded it, but it's still uncomfortable, it feels old and sagging so I don't envy the one who will sleep there as an extra bed. The TV is also old, and it's almost impossible to watch anything on it in modern conditions by streaming from a phone. Also, the constant noise from the renovations from neighbours makes it difficult to rest. I understand that this is not the apartment owner's fault, but it is very unpleasant. They make noise from early morning until late evening. We were only able to rest on weekends. But the most upsetting thing was when I washed my hair and was about to dry it, but the hair dryer didn't work. I contacted the owner and they provided me with a new hairdryer a few hours later, but by that time my hair had already dried on its own and I had to put my business aside because I couldn't go outside with wet hair.
