    The suite room is spacious and comfortable for a couple with 2 small kids. Our 5 years old girl love the kid club at 6F and the swimming at the rooftop. Club lounge staffs were very helpful and exceptionally kind (Hanoi service has never been in good reputation anw even at 5 star). In general the hotel services were good. Just steps away from the shopping mall so we can just grab whatever we need.

    Got a very good deal for room with club benefits and stayed during the public holiday here. The club package was nice and the facilities were new, I didnt have to go out of the hotel for food and recreational during my stay. Stayed during public holidays so the hotel was very crowded but every service was smooth in general, didn't take too long for my request to be delivered. The Tim Ho Wan restaurant is nice to try also when you want some other food rather than western. The only minus one is that the lobby staffs were not well trained abt the hotel service. When i arrived and told the staffs at the lobby that i want to check in at the club floor, the told me just go the regular reception counter 1st then go to the club for check in again.... Later, they did take me to the club floor for check in but the bell boy let me carried my own luggage while he go empty hand and just pressed the elevator haha.

    I have given this hotel a rating of 10 in everything, except for breakfast, for which I would give 8. I cherish every minute of my stay here
