    Our favorite hotel in Hanoi. Perfect for families. Amazing facilities, breakfast, staff, convenience, and just all around service. Will absolutely be back.

    Still one of my best hotel in Hanoi. In between airport and the city. It is adjacent to the Lotte Mall which you can get your food, shopping, grocery done just next door. Clean, modern and spacious. I like the gym in the hotel too. If only the front desk staff could be a little more friendly then it will be perfect. The boys helping with luggage is friendlier than the staff at the front desk.

    We stayed for 1 night and the staff was not very organized Room was immaculate and modern. The adjoining mall was also immense but rather souless as well.
