    I stayed here for a few nights and the hotel itself is nice and clean with the rooms modern. I had some issues with noise as my window was broken and the staff were quick to find a fix which made my stay much better! Breakfast is very good and the gym is small but basic but gets a job done. Overall a good stay and would recommend this place. Veronica and Rebecca staff were especially fantastic very accommodating and professional!

    We stayed for 3 nights, the staff are very good. One of the guests in our group needed to see a doctor and the receptionist took him to the hospital for treatment and helped him with translation at hospital. She also helped us with booking tours. The staff have good English skills which helped my fellow guests. The rooms are very clean and everything working with very nice decor and ambiance. i would definitely stay here again.

    I booked this hotel going on reviews , price and photos, , the hotel is listed as a 4* , in reality i`d give it a 2.5*. The photos make the hotel look SOOO much better than it is, the location is horrendous, across the street is a very busy freeway , terrific amount of traffic and noise to go with it, the hotel is 30 mins from the old quarter by taxi, which is really you want to be, fortunately the taxis are very cheap, so it was two taxis per day, there is nothing to see or do by this hotel. I booked a twin bedded suite, upon arrival they tried to palm us off with a king size bed ,we complained , so they put up a cot in that room ! we had to complain again , it was then we were given the room i`d booked , that booking was for a twin bedded suite, unfortunately it was not a suite , just a regular twin bedded room with a bathroom, we were very disappointed , so much so that I wanted to turn around and leave there and then. The room was acceptably clean , the facilities as offered , spa, it was closed, roof top bar , closed , pool freezing cold, the rooftop was generally run down and not somewhere you would want to spend any time at. The staff however were helpful when needed. The breakfast , a vietnamese breafast was not for us, so we could only eat the cereal , eggs ,toast an coffee. In the end we left the hotel for 5 days, out of the 11 days booked , and go to Cambodia, which was much nicer. Im sorry to say I do not recommend staying in this hotel, unless you get a very cheap rate , cheaper than staying in the old quarter.
