About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at our peaceful country luxury home, just a 20 minute walk to St Ives, or 3 Mins in a taxi or short bus ride.
Ample off street parking for multiple cars.
Enjoy the Beautiful Cornish countryside in our 4 bedroom home sleeping up to 6 if required. Large Living and Dining areas and a fantastic Patio and BBQ area with sensational views.
Outdoor movie room, Netflix and board games all ready to go. A very large garden and trampoline.
The space
*Though this is our home all personal items will be removed and the house appointed specifically for Holiday Use. Our Aim is to provide everything you need and remove everything you do not to ensure you relax and start your holiday the moment you open the door*
Our home consists of a fully equipped Kitchen Diner with day lounge. With Siemens built in appliances, TV with views onto the garden via two large picture windows. Large Solid Dining table, large sofa and chairs. This room leads onto the elevated large patio with BBQ and Gas Provided and down to the garden.
In the downstairs bedroom there is a Comfortable Double Bed with Bedside table, open wardrobe and vanity mirror.
In the rear lounge we have a large carpeted room Comfortable sofa, Fireplace (connected in winter only) with Larger TV. Patio doors lead to the rear of the house where there is a Mediterranean inspired patio, A wonderful peaceful sun trap and a perfect spot for some evening stargazing.
Also from here is access to the dedicated 'Games / Movie room' with soft comfortable leather reclining sofa Table chairs, games and a large TV and Audio. A Great space as a teenagers retreat or for the whole family.
Downstairs we also have a Utility room to the rear equipped with toilet facilities sink unit as well as high quality Washing Machine.
Upstairs we have a high quality Comfortable Kingsize Bed in the Master Bedroom, and two further single bedrooms. All with Blackout curtains and blinds ensuring a peaceful nights rest.
We have the family Bathroom upstairs with an L shape Bath and German fittings.
Outside is also a small conservatory great for reading a book whilst watching the children play. Extremely large garden area great for the whole family. Outdoor heated thermostatic shower for washing off all the sand from the beach.
A Perfect place for escape with friends and family.

Due to the beds we prefer a maximum of 6 people altogether.
