Super comfy house, wonderful location and would recommend it.

Super location and it felt very homely and comfortable.

The property is great with little to be negative about. The windows are in need of replacing - some were drafty and some were difficult to open/unable to open. It doesn’t ruin your stay at all but just an observation.

Lovely, relaxing family break.

It felt really homely. Beautifully decorated, lovely comfy bed and enjoyed having the log burner. It was fantastic to be able to bring our dog along and have a secure garden.

It was a little tricky to find in the dark when we first arrived but no massive problem.

Great Big House by the Beach

Great big house very close to the beach and Lands End. If you like hiking it's easy to also reach Nanjizal Beach and home along the headland above the beach and cost line in either direction. Everything you could need and more for a group of friends and big family.

The shower in the annex bathroom needs a little love and care. The doors were missing the runners and hard to close.

Sennen as glorious as ever.

Location is good.

Too many minor irritations: shower doors; unfitting doors; coffee machine needed a thorough clean; uncleared rubbish and stacks of bottles etc; couldn't open front French windows - tried all the keys; window lock dropped into garden on opening - found it and replaced after a few extended searches; take your own logs and toilet rolls and kitchen towels.

Nice clean bedding, towels. Plenty of space inside and bikes at the back out of view. Nice modern presentation.

Layout wasn’t clear and we had little children that couldn’t be on a different floor to parents. A few things were broken but host was aware. Bedrooms and communal areas could have been much cleaner for the check in and departure times.

Fantastic property and location

Very stylish property with all important comfortable beds. Amazing views from house. Everything you need for a good break, the beach is a bit of a walk down a track and back up again but beautiful, only one pub nearby but the surf bar serving food and drink is just above the beach.
