The living space is very spacious. The bedroom is also very spacious and comfortable. The AC keeps the unit cool and comfortable. Also, very quite and modern.

The Condo was warm and welcoming with color and decor. It was clean, smelled fresh and had everything you would need to feel comfortable. We cooked several meals and had no problem as the kitchen was stocked.
We stayed the week of Christmas and the condo was decorated with a tree and other holiday decor which was a pleasant surprise.
Beach chairs and outdoor games were available for trips to the beach.
Always easy to communicate with the host.
The location of the condo made visiting the area easy to get around.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this 1 bedroom townhouse. It was conveniently located and nicely decorated, very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods, washer and dryer, toiletries were kindly provided and the king size bed was comfortable. The private parking lot pass for the beach and community pools and other amenities was an amazing bonus! Thank you for the great stay. We would recommend to friends and definitely rent again.
