About this house rental
Welcome to the house in Esch, a group accommodation for 1–13 people
The house features a large kitchen-living room, a second fridge-freezer combo, and 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.8 x 2 m. Three of the bedrooms also have a sleeper sofa, so the house can accommodate up to 13 people in total. There are also two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets.
If you arrive with fewer than 9 people, the host can make fewer bedrooms available if needed, allowing for a corresponding discount.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities, cycling and hiking trails, as well as Lake Freiliger, located 14 km away. The 7th stage of the Eifelsteig trail is also within walking distance.
For our younger guests, there is a beautiful, new, and large playground not far from the accommodation.
Behind the house is a large meadow, and there is plenty of outdoor furniture available. A storage room is also available for bicycles.
Daily necessities can be purchased in Jünkerath, 4 km away, where there is also a train station.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in parts of the outdoor area.
This is a non-smoking property where pets and children under 6 years of age are unfortunately not permitted.

Three of the rooms also have a sleeper sofa, allowing the house to accommodate up to 12 people in total. There are also two bathrooms with showers and two separate restrooms.
If you are traveling with fewer than 9 people, the host can make fewer bedrooms available upon request, allowing for a corresponding price reduction.
On-site costs: Note regarding the guest tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at accommodations in the Gerolstein Municipal Association have been required to pay a guest tax of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5 and business and educational travelers are exempt from this tax. The guest tax is not included in the booking price; it is charged separately by the accommodation provider and forwarded to the Gerolstein Municipal Association. The bylaws can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag There are 5 double rooms available. Three of the rooms also feature a sleeper sofa, allowing for a total of up to 13 guests.
