Enjoy complete privacy as you and your party are the only occupants during your stay.
High Cotton is a southern delight, as inviting and comfortable as its name suggests. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home can accommodate up to six guests. Sitting pretty in Village Acres, the home is only 2 miles from Pinehurst Village and 3 miles from famed Pinehurst golf course #2. Conveniently located near the traffic circle with easy access to 15/501, NC-2, and Hwy 211, you'll not be far from all there is to do in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen.
The spacious living room has a lovely electric fireplace and a 65-inch TV equipped with Spectrum cable (YES! We have The Golf Channel and ESPN!) You and your group will have plenty of space to stretch out on the large reclining sofa, loveseat, and traditional recliner. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and is fully equipped with cookware, serving ware, and utensils. Cozy up to the granite breakfast bar or gather around the custom dining room table for a meal with your friends and family. Take advantage of Pinehurst's beautiful weather and grill outback on the gas grill and dine outdoors. If you prefer someone else do the cooking, there are many wonderful restaurants to choose from, all within a short drive.
Retreat to High Cotton after a day enjoying all that Pinehurst and our surrounding communities have to offer and indulge in a hot shower in the beautifully remodeled ensuite. The double vanity sink offers plenty of storage for your cosmetics and toiletries and is also equipped with soap and shampoo for your convenience. Settle into the adjustable king-size bed and winddown watching your favorite shows on the 40 inch TV. Guests staying in the dual-twin room will also enjoy a TV in their room and a tub/shower combo in the hall bath and a 24" vanity.
Oh, and DON"T bother with rolled coins for the laundry! A full-size front-load washer and dryer are provided in the home for your convenience.
