The open-concept floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so that no conversation would be lost here. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 49 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a wonderful experience staying at this Vacasa rental. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the Vacasa team was prompt and professional throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the pool and location within PGA West! Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway! We look forward to booking again next summer!

The setting was perfect! Fabulous pool and outdoor entertaining areas with a fir pit, waterfalls, lounges and seating. We ate out most nights under the stars, and admired the view down the Weiskopf hole 8 —it was peaceful and really lush. We love that the house was on the end with a wide open area offering lots privacy! We loved La Quinta and the area has lots to offer for golf and other activities!

The house is as nice in person as it was in the photos. Other than a few minor items to deal with when we first got there, which were taken care of quite efficiently by Vacasa, everything was as listed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the house to others. The views, all the amenities to be expected of a house at this caliber were provided. We hope to be able to return in the future.
