The well-equipped, full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all your knives and cookware, and a breakfast bar perfect for all your cooking needs. Gather at the dining table for formal meals or to play a few of the provided board games in the evenings. The living room offers a large sofa, a wet bar, and a cable and Roku-equipped TV, making it the ideal place for movie nights.

The stacked oven's broiler setting is not currently working, but all other settings works great!
Owner does not have a mailbox, correspondence cannot be received at the home.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2 parking spaces are available in the garage for 2 mid size vehicle and parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

This property is well cared for. It is clean, well appropriated, and in a great location. My husband, adult children and I had a very comfortable stay in this home. The property is also very well managed. During our stay, we were able to call the property management company with any issues that arose. We appreciated that convenience. We would stay here again.

The house is large with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom. One of the 3 is separated from the main house which was ok for our group since you just go out there to sleep. We liked the pool and the setting on the golf course. It is unfortunate that the neighbors are clearly not pleased with renters going in and out of the house as the ones on both sides each scowled at us, and the neighbor to the right screamed at us when our pup wandered too close to her property. So that’s a bit of a drag but there’s nothing that can be done about it. The house is in need of some TLC and some updating. It feels like nobody has been in the house to check on things in a while. The toaster is broken, the ice machine wasn’t working, and the broiler is broken. We had a lot of trouble getting the controls and the temperature for the hot tub to work. We eventually found a sheet of instructions tucked in the back of a book sending us to a control panel in the living room behind a curtain. The TVs are very outdated. The one in the master bedroom is ancient. There are 6 remotes in the living room and unfortunately the instructions in the house book are wrong. So I think with those changes that are addressable it would be a much better experience for the guests. We enjoyed our stay in spite of these few glitches.

Loved the property! I’ve been vacationing in PGA West the past 13 years, typically a different home each time. This property was spot on. I will certainly recommend this home to family and friends for future stays.

The house was just as described. Plenty of room for five adults and two teenagers and two small dogs. The pool was nice, not too hot, and the layout was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for the pool. I stayed in the casita, and the temperature hoovered around 80-82 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 76. First thing in the morning it would be 76, but as the day heated up to 115+, it would stay around 80. I would have liked it a little cooler, but what can you do when it's that hot outside? You don't want to blow up the AC system. I would still stay there again regardless. The house itself stayed a little cooler and that's where I was most of the time so it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm just saying if you're heat sensitive when you're sleeping, maybe stay in the main house in one of the really nice bedrooms, both of which have their own nice bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this house and will probably stay there next year again if it's available. One thing which was great was that no bees or wasps came to the pool to drink. In some other houses we've stayed in in that development, there were either bushes or plants that attracted bees and wasps and they were often coming to the water to drink, so the people afraid of them (my niece and I), would panic and try to get away. I did not see one bee or wasp at any time, and we were in the pool very often. The pool controls were also very easy to understand. With regards to the property managers, we've stayed in many Vacasa houses in several states and the representatives are always helpful and friendly and answer the phone right away. I hope they can continue to check people in via Face Time even when this pandemic is over. It's much more convenient than driving to do the in person check in. Thank you for a nice stay, my family had a great time and would love to stay in this house again.
