In a secure residence called Corte Del Mar you will find all the advantages of the immediate proximity of the beach and the city center without having the noise pollution. This completely renovated apartment of 60m2 with 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/living room and 1 terrace is ideal for a romantic stay. This oasis of tranquility and greenery is located 1 minute walk from the sea and the first bars and restaurant of Las Terrenas. Here you will not need a car. A large tropical garden, a large swimming pool, a magnificent lagoon, everything is there to make you spend a great holiday.
For kitesurfing enthusiasts, the spot of Punta Popy and the kite schools (which will take you to El Portillo) are accessible 5 minutes on foot.
Regarding the accommodation you will find all the necessary comforts for a good stay: Wifi, air conditioning in the room, fans in all rooms, hot water, equipped kitchen (gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer), smart TV at no extra charge.
The residence is one of the only ones in Las Terrenas that is equipped with a generator and solar panels, which prevents you from electricity and water cuts (a regular thing in Las Terrenas).
The residence is under the supervision of a security guard night and day, which ensures you have a peaceful stay. The adorable managers are on site to ensure your arrival and the smooth running of your stay.
If you have chosen to rent a car, a secure parking space in the residence is at your disposal.
If you prefer to get there by taxi from the airport, we can put you in touch with the taxi which will be paid directly on the spot (count 140usd per way for Santo Domingo airport)
In order to allow all tenants of the residence a moment of nap, it is requested not to swim in the 1 p.m. swimming pool.
