Perfect location - right in town and 2 mins walk to the beach, but just a bit away from the super noisy main street;
Perfect apartment with everything you need: a big & well-equipped kitchen, a big lounge, a big bedroom, and nice bathroom, most importantly, a private balcony!!
The owner's family (fantastic lady and her son) was super kind and helpful, very attentive and helped me with everything!
They have very good internet as well as Starlink, which is super essential for digital nomads like myself;
Easy access to everywhere: 2-min walk to beach; same distance to nightclubs; 10+ mins walk to town centre for grocery shopping, just perfect!!
It's a villa/casa, not a hostel, so the vibe is peaceful and tranquilo.
The fan was a bit too loud, but I got used to it in the end...

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Kate. De accommodatie was super schoon en ruim, met een grote woonkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de keuken was netjes, met schone borden, glazen, bestek en kastjes.
De service was uitstekend. Als we ergens hulp bij nodig hadden, hoefden we alleen een berichtje te sturen en stond de beheerder vrijwel direct voor de deur om te helpen. Dat gaf een erg prettig gevoel.
Ook de locatie is top: binnen ongeveer 5 minuten loop je naar het strand en verschillende restaurants. Daarnaast krijg je bij aankomst een nieuwe watertap, wat erg handig is.
Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen airconditioning is. Gelukkig staat er een ventilator die heel goed werkt, waardoor het alsnog comfortabel was.

En líneas generales, todo estuvo bien y la experiencia fue satisfactoria. La estancia fue cómoda, el personal fue correcto y las instalaciones cumplieron con lo esperado. Siempre hay pequeños aspectos que pueden mejorarse para ofrecer un servicio aún mejor, pero, en general, la valoración es positiva y recomendaría el alojamiento.

The host was really nice and made the room ready for us, although we arrived early.
Room was quite spacious. Theres an equipped kitchen as well. Apartment has a balcony. Beach is in about 5min walking distance.
There were many small cockroaches and we were on a one-hour hunting trip to catch most of them... They were on the bed and under the sheets as well.
During the nighttime there was no water in the whole apartment until about 8am.
