Fully air-conditioned apartment, comprising an open-plan kitchen/living room. A lovely, spacious terrace. One bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A double garage in the basement.
Amenities: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, garage.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Not wheelchair accessible.
Additional services payable on site:
- Mandatory cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED): by check or cash, returned after verification by the cleaning team.
- Tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age, according to the current rate.
Bed linen can be rented:

Appartement bien placé, décoration moderne, climatisation, Garage privée, grande terasse avec jolie vue ..très bien situé…
Les deux seules bémols sont le bruit(immeuble en face d’une avenue passante et routière) ou toute la journée et la nuit il y a du bruit intense…
Le deuxième problème est qu’il n’y a aucun rideau a aucune fenêtre.. Donc dès que le jour se lève, vous vous retrouver dans une chambre en pleine lumière .. Pour un appartement qui Se veux de bon standing c’est très très paradoxal
