100m² gîte adjoining the owners' house on two levels. On the ground floor, there is the living room equipped with a kitchen open to the dining room and a relaxation area in front of the wood stove. On this level, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, the night rooms are arranged in 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 / 1 bed 140 + extra sleeping in bunk beds) and a mezzanine with a relaxation area with television and two single beds (1 bed 120 & 1 bed 90). Bathroom with hip bath equipped with a shower-WC column. Nestled in the Pilat Mountains, a sublime region boasting a wealth of landscapes and activities, this cottage offers total tranquility with a splendid view of pastures, forests, and valleys. Its prime location allows for a stay with a wide range of activities: sports (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, etc.), cultural exploration of this region steeped in history and heritage, or simply a peaceful stay in this "pied-à-terre" ideal for relaxation and a return to one's roots. To make your stay comfortable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon arrival. The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
