About this apartment rental

This large 2-Bed basement apartment enjoys it's own private garden and is located perfectly on the edge of Dartmoor which is just a 5 minute walk from the front door. The 'Granite Way' Cycle Track is just 150m away and this boasts some superb scenery on the 11 mile stretch that hugs Dartmoor.

Opposite the apartment is a bridlepath that leads you down to the fantastic Simmons Park which offers picturesque riverside walks as well as an excellent play are for children of all ages. The local leisure centre is also located here which offers swimming and fitness facilities.

The vibrant town centre is a short walk down from the apartment where there are a number of brilliant cafes and restaurants as well as a large number of independently run local shops.

The versatile bedrooms offer zip and link style beds which can either be set as a 6ft Super King size bed or 2 3ft single beds in a twin configuration.

There is also a sofa bed in the living room that offers a further double bed.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard and offers all of the modern day comforts such as a shower/bath, a large kitchen/diner, outside area, on-demand TV and high speed WiFi throughout.
Set on the edge of Dartmoor, Fernworthy offers 2 large double bedrooms with "zip and link" super king size beds.

It boasts a spacious kitchen/diner where you can enjoy breakfast and evening meals together. The living room is very spacious and offers seating for 6 as well as a sofa bed for additional sleeping.

There is a separate desk area for those who want to work on the laptop/tablet and free high speed WiFi is provided throughout.

The apartment is approx 150m from the train station, local cycle track the Granite Way that is approx 11 miles long and approx 300m from the local public park, Simmons Park.

It is also a 5 minute walk from Dartmoor where you can walk for hours on end and experience some of the amazing scenery the area has to offer.

After a busy day you can stroll down in to the town and enjoy exceptional food at one of the local restaurants and sample some brilliant cocktails and local beers in the nearby pubs.
