The cottage is in a peaceful and lush community with lots of amenities including a pool, playground, and mini golf. This sweet little home has everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

The cottage sleeps six comfortably, but please keep in mind that the Florida sunroom has a tin roof so if it rains you will hear the rain on the tin roof. There are pool toys and pool towels available as well as a stroller available should you have a young child.

Instead of a sound bite type review let me break down exactly the type of place this is because for the right people it's perfect and I can see for others it would be very disappointing.SIZE: This is a very small trailer. I actually live in a trailer and this is half the size of it so when I say small I mean SMALL. It was absolutely perfect for me and my two boys (11 and 12). I did find it pretty off-putting that the front door enters into the bedroom. Anytime my kids would use it if I was getting dressed or something the whole street could see lol. CLEANLINESS: super super clean NEIGHBORHOOD: this was a WONDERFUL little gated community where half of it are the trailers / somewhat fixed mobile homes hey

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seemless, the amenities provided were clean and worked great. Plus the accommodations smelled nice upon entering (which is a huge plus since i am pregnant)! Everything you need is provided unless you have some specifics that you want (i.e loofahs instead of using the provided face towels). Its super close to everything you need such as a walmart, target, walgreens, etc. We even found a surprise food truck heaven in the neighborhood which we totally recommend! The only issues (if i would even call them that) is there is no specific driveway for this accommodation so you have to park in grass or somewhere close to the entrance and the tvs can lag a bit but it wasnt a huge bother for us since we spent most of our time out of the house. I cant comment on communication with the property manager as we had no problems and no need to do so during our stay. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

The location of the property was very convenient to everything we needed, and an Aldi is only two minutes away.However, the property is definitely older and it shows the wear and tear. If you aren’t spending much time there, it probably doesn’t matter, but if you’re looking for a place to relax all day, this isn’t quite what I’d recommend.
