DISNEY IS 5-10 MINUTES, UNIVERSAL IS 15-20 MINUTES. ALDI, CVS, RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR (THIRD) IT IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE ABOVE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. THE UNIT IS 1300 SQ, FT. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED AND REPLACED FREQUENTLY.
RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL AND FUN AMENITIES:
Just a few steps to the clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and sauna. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated and the water may be cooler at certain times of the year. Clubhouse has a kitchen with large lounge/ work area and a big screen TV. A workout room is also included.
ROOMS AND FEATURES:
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub/ shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom attached with double sinks and a stall shower. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room. There is a balcony with a table and chairs and chaise lounge for relaxing!
THE AREA:
THE RESORT IS SET BACK AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH TO DO IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
**OLD TOWN** Old Town has shopping, restaurants, rides and Saturday night cruise night.
** CELEBRATION** IS OFF OF RT 192, THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND A BEAUTIFUL LAKE.

Modern, well-furnisged, clean, comfortable and quiet stay - close to all the attractions and perfect for our little getaway.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and some Disney area touring. Location is great. Came in after dark and area is well lit and condo was easy to find. Beds in this place were comfortable! We didn't cook but did notice the kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was nice and clean, too! Great stay!
