It's up to you to decide whether this refers to the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the peaceful St. Joseph's Bay, or the amazing private pool in the backyard, including a separate splash pool. AWESOME property!! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need; very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Also, absolutely, immaculately clean!!! Shout out to the housekeepers!!! The pool area was the best and so nice and big with beautiful, lush landscaping for lots of privacy!! It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was as described so no surprises. We had an issue with the oven and they were very responsive and out to take a look the next morning so great means of communicating via the guest portal. Overall it was a wonderful stay and probably one of the best VRBO properties we've stayed in and we hope to be back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious beach house! The home is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing family vacation. The location is excellent—close to a lovely, uncrowded beach with soft sand and gentle waves. The pool was a major highlight—hands down the best pool we’ve had at any beach house. Plenty of space to swim and lounge, and perfect for both kids and adults.Inside, the house was clean, nicely furnished, and fully stocked. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. The area is peaceful and not overly crowded, which made the trip even more relaxing.A few things to note: while the beach is walkable, it’s a bit of a hike—definitely doable once a day, but probably not ideal for multiple trips back and forth with young kids or lots of gear. Also, there are a good number of stairs, which could be challenging for someone older or with mobility issues.There were a couple of hiccups during our stay—the pool turned green after a maintenance visit, and we found cockroaches in the grill. We also encountered mostly automated responses when we reached out, which made it a little harder to get quick help. There are also windows in the showers. It did make showering a little uncomfortable at times.Still, overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. The home, location, and pool really made it a special getaway!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for the 8 in our family. We had a great time riding bikes and walking to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to cook a thanksgiving dinner. It was a perfect size and location for our family's needs.
