About this house rental
Now you have the opportunity to live in a large, completely newly built house in Sandvik on Öland with a magical view over the beautiful rolling fields. Sandvik is a holiday idyll where the sea, Alvaret, the sun and the winds meet. The old, well-preserved fishing camp is one of Öland's absolute finest places with its charming guest harbor with fine restaurants and ice cream cafés. Here you can enjoy wonderful sandy beaches and astonishingly beautiful stone beaches. The house is top class with stylish furniture, here you have plenty of space to enjoy the house and each other's company. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, a dining area and most of what you might need. In the pleasant living room there is a patio door to the large paved patio with outdoor furniture. You have a total of four bedrooms, three with nice double beds and one with a pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You have two fully tiled bathrooms, both with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a bathtub. Here you can enjoy taste experiences with a fantastic view of Sandvik's Fisk och Hamnkök and the stylish Hamnkrogen. You also have the Nordics' largest windmill, Sandviks Kvarn, where Öland specialties such as kroppkak and lufsa, but also pizza and kebabs are served. There is also musical entertainment, mini golf and a trampoline for the children, as well as the opportunity to explore the tall mill. If you want to make excursions, feel free to visit Byxelkrok where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the boat suctions down by the harbor or enjoy a good meal in one of the many restaurants. Böda's rolling beaches are also usually popular to visit. In Borgholm, you have a larger selection and more pulse. Also, don't miss visiting Byrum to experience the beaches and the fine beaches.
