Stunning Mountain View Condo, Near Beach with Parking

This property was super pretty and we enjoyed everything about the place. We stayed for 2 weeks so we definitely needed the space and room to have our things along with cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed along with paper towels and toilet paper. They provided many different towels and lots of beach stuff to use while you stay. The balcony was one of our favorite places because it is amazing at night. The view was even better than we thought and we enjoyed everything single second. Parking was self explanatory and perfect since we had a parking pass come with the booking. There was a decent amount of parking spots and multiple different floors to find parking. The staff was also amazing we ended up checking out directly at our time and missed going back in, they helped with letting us back in to put the parking pass and key fob in the unit. They also saved items my husband had accidentally left. They were amazing on responding and helping with anything that needed to be helped with. There is one washer and dryer at the end of each hall along with a trash chute. The laundry was. Surprisingly easy to do and not many people used it at all, just bring extra laundry detergent bc they supply you with one packet to help out.

The only thing I can say that was not the best was that because of which way this condo is facing the sun is constantly sitting on the big window to this unit. The a/c just did not feel like it was working enough to keep it cool at all. We used the fan they had provided in the unit which did help some, but the sun still made the room extra hot.

location ideal and it comes with parking which is a must in honolulu. our room had everything we needed. the beach chairs were a must as we were comfortable on the beach. very easy check in process.

a little tricky working the tv but someone younger would have it figured out sooner than us. we got a $20 dollar ticket in the parking garage as our left rear wheel was partly over the parking stall line despite having plenty of room on that side with the adjacent car. the hallways to the elevator needs new carpet.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Waikiki Beach. Die Wohnung selbst ist bis auf ein paar Dinge absolut in Ordnung, aber schon älter. Die Aussicht ist super. Das kostenlose Parkhaus (es sind immer genügend Parkplätze frei).

Die Teppiche in der Wohnung sind sehr alt und dreckig. Diese gehören erneuert. Die Fenster haben so gut wir keinen Schallschutz. Auch im 28 Stockwerk hört man den Verkehr und die Klimageräte vom Nachbargebäude. Im Schlafzimmer ist es daher doch sehr laut und es brummt kontinuierlich. Die eigene Klimanalage kann nur für alle Räume gesteuert werden und ist ebenfalls schon sehr alt und laut. Ruhig schlafen geht hier leider nicht. Auch mit Ohrstöpsel hört man das Brummen vom Nachbargebäude die ganze Nacht. Das Gebäude selbst ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Aufzüge/Flure sind schmutzig. Der Pool ist eher ein Planschbecken und sehr flach.
