The rug in the stairs looks old. There was remodeling work in one of the apartments a little noisy every single day..

Rooms are great, clean and well furnished. All necessary equipments are available.
The common areas are in a poor state of upkeep. The reception inexplicably doubles as a restaurant, which means cooking odours spread through the lobby and stairwell. Our room on the first floor was consistently filled with the smell of pizza each evening, and the restaurant’s music began at eight in the morning, making it difficult to rest.
