Elevators were not well maintained. Not enough parking spaces on weekends.

Apartment bersih dan kemas. cadar dan bantal bersih dan segar, love it!! TQ Mr.Jaya. kemudahan semua top. sabun mandi, syampoo dan conditioner bau sedap, tisu tandas jg disediakan. kemudahan disediakan spt mesin basuh, peti ais, kettle,microwave, penyapu,kain lap,tong sampah, pingan cawan, rice cooker, air cond di setiap ruang, lampu semua berfungsi dengan baik, extra hanger disediakan. view pantai superb cantikkkk...
1. unit sebelah no 3 buat pasang sound kuat sgt menari sepanjang malam, terdapat lebih 17 org dalam 1 aprtment 2 bilik. pihak pengurusan perlu pantau unit yang sedang berpesta sehingga subuh macam ni. terdapat guest dari unit-unit lain menjerit marah dalam jam 3 pagi sebab terganggu tak dapat tidur. sy terbangun sebab terkejut, dh la ssh tidur sbb bising. perlu letak contact no person incharge yang patut di hubungi jika terdapat hal-hal seperti ini.
2. katil di master room sangat keras, sy rela duduk bilik 1 lg walau kecil tapi still ada tingkap.
3. tiada karpet depan tv, mak sy duduk tengok tv tak selesa sbb lantai sejuk. kalau tau blh bawa selipar utk dalam rumah.
