Spacious, kitchen, 4 bed rooms, terrace
Just one toilet which is in the Bath room. A 2nd separate toilet is preferred. Highway around the corner creating noise but not disturbing. A swimming pool would make it complete.

Modern house with 4 rooms and big living room. Very close to the highway and with an excellent restaurant at the end of the road. Also, the beer fountain is only 4 kms away. There is a sauna, maybe downstairs, we didn't see it. We also had no time to try the jacuzzi or the grill but if we stayed longer, these would be available The place is only about 1 hr or a bit more from Ljubljana or Bled and close to Celje.
There is only one bathroom. Maybe more downstairs but we didn't go there as the door said private. A second toilet would be very useful when 4 or more people are travelling.
