Very spacious, modern, secluded and quiet.
Seems like there was way more mosquitoes around from the sprinklers and golf course compared to my other family members in their other apartments near marina. Not particularly a fault just annoying

A simpatia e prestabilidade das funcionárias da empresa Clever Details. A cozinha encontrava-se bem fornecida de equipamentos bem como de louças e panelas. Os quartos são espaçosos e as roupas e toalhas adequadas. Tudo muito limpo.
Inexistência de ar condicionado no piso inferior. Dificuldades pontuais na utilização de água quente (ininteligível); a água no piso superior por vezes não aquecia no WC , que serve os dois quartos, bem como na cozinha... Dificuldade no controle do ar condicionado no piso superior (pareceu-nos que a temperatura era apenas controlada no quarto principal; será possível não existir controle nos outros dois quartos (???). No momento da reserva deveria ser avisado da existência e do valor do depósito (!)
