Casa com boa acessibilidade, a supermercado, parafarmácia, peixaria e restaurantes.A praia da falésia, com boa acessibilidade, mas apenas através do hotel Pine Cliff. Bem equipada quanto a mesas e cadeiras. Pontos fracos:algum ruído da rua, luminosidade nos quartos (durante a noite), camas de casal demasiado estreitas,quartos de banho com mau cheiro da canalização.Frigorifico demasiado pequeno para a lotação máxima de 9 hospedes. Sem troca de toalhas do banheiro. E sem limpeza (da casa pelo menos 1/semana).
