Perfect location, the apartment is very cozy and spacious.
Only the best reviews. I was worried that the payment is not made through booking.com but via link. After talking to the person in charge, I calmed down.

Location is very good, walking distance to train station, ~20 min to airport bus stop, other buses stop is just close . Few supermarkets, nice restaurants are located just near. We found neighborhood safe and quite at night.
Cooking plate took time, but we were able preparing food. Place was very clean, host was responsive, self check in /out process smooth. Netflix was a pleasant surprise.
Keep in mind that there is still construction in the building that I got known just from comments but for us it was not a problem, weekend they were not working.
Other thing that microwave or some kind small oven would be so useful, because you can not heat any food, otherwise you cook and it takes so much time or you take your all meals outside.

La décoration sobre, la taille du logement.
Une communication difficile avec la personne qui gère l'appartement. Je lui ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour lui demander quelque chose. Pour enfin avoir une réponse, j'ai dû l'appeler. Il m'a confirmé avoir mes messages mais il n'y répondait pas.
Le manque de matériel dans la cuisine.
Les travaux bruyants dès le matin dans la cours (mais cela ne dépendait évidemment pas du propriétaire).
