First and foremost the location! Next to the metro and the shopping street, surrounded by restaurants and bars but at the same time it was quiet. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge.

The towels were changed and the beds done daily but they didn't empty the rubbish bins not get more toilet paper. That was disappointing must admit. The breakfast was good with a good choice but if something finished it was not replaced, like we were a group of 9 people and there weren't enough eggs for all of us.

La struttura si trova sulla piazza, quindi risulta molto comoda. Si presenta discretamente perché ha pareti tavoli a colazione e pavimenti con questo effetto marmo luminoso che è carino

Non mi sono piaciute innanzitutto le condizioni della camera. Un b&b che si chiama ‘Gentile Suite’ fa pensare a ben altro. Invece: 1. Le pareti con carta da parati sono piuttosto rovinate con buchi e macchie; 2. Sul letto ho trovato una specie di coperta decorativa tutta macchiata di nero; 3. La federa di un cuscino macchiata; 4. Peli in bagno. Ho avvisato subito la struttura e mi è stato indicato dove prendere delle federe nuove, poi nient’altro. La colazione è deludente come risulta d’altronde dalle recensioni, perché basicamente c’è poca varietà ma soprattutto ci sono poche cose e alle 9 era già finito quasi tutto. In generale direi che c’è trascuratezza. Il voto è sufficiente perché bilancio la location e il decoro della struttura, ma c’è da considerare anche che le pareti sono sottilissime e che abbiamo dunque subito tanto i rumori, inoltre si sente molto che si trova vicino ai binari di metro, tra rumori e tremori.
