Nice, new apartment, luckily good soundproofing. Excellent air conditioning. When area is ready, this would be 10.
It's in construction site at the moment. Noise starts at 7 am weekdays, but soundproofing is ok. Key collection is 2km away from apartment. Something that takes bit extra time.

Urbanización nueva con parking incluido y piscina.
La localización más alejada, que imagino que se arreglará pronto si la calle da acceso directo al Paseo cuando terminen la obra.
Debería de tener acceso electrónico para evitar tener que ir al centro por las llaves.

As instalações são perfeitas, próximo da praia, adoramos, recomendamos fortemente.
Nada em especial só um alerta para quem quer aproveitar mais os pontos turísticos fica meia hora de carro. Então a localização depende do que fará em Malaga
