Dzīvoklim laba lokācija - tuvu lielveikals, pludmale, restorāni. Sešiem pieaugušiem cilvēkiem bija komfortabli - ērts dīvāns, liela virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo sadzīves tehniku. Liela terase ar skatu uz pilsētas jumtiem. Ērtas gultas un mīksti spilveni.
Nav auto stāvvietas un pat ziemā pilsētā grūti atrast brīvu vietu tuvu dzīvoklim. Visu laiku jāpiedomā pie elektrības lietošanas - ja virtuvē strādā plīts, tējkanna un cita sadzīves tehnika, tad kondicionieri nedrīkst strādāt. Īpatnēja gultasveļas koncepcija ar 2 palagiem - bija neērta gulēšana. Tīrība virspusēji laba, bet sīkumos varēja būt tīrāks un bija dažas tehniskas problēmas, piemēram, durvis uz terasi nevar aizslēgt, vajadzēja nolaist žalūzijas. Tie tādi sīkumi - kopumā bija ļoti labi.

Lo moderno que es el piso, la ubicación que tiene. Lo cerca que esta todo.
