Es un alojamiento amplio, con una bonita decoración y una buena ubicación. Tiene una terraza estupenda para comer y tomar el sol.
Es imposible encontrar aparcamiento gratis en la zona. Hay un parking público muy cerca a 21 euros las 24 horas de estancia. O también tienes la opción de pagar en la zona azul. Pero gratis es una lotería.

Dzīvoklim laba lokācija - tuvu lielveikals, pludmale, restorāni. Sešiem pieaugušiem cilvēkiem bija komfortabli - ērts dīvāns, liela virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo sadzīves tehniku. Liela terase ar skatu uz pilsētas jumtiem. Ērtas gultas un mīksti spilveni.
Nav auto stāvvietas un pat ziemā pilsētā grūti atrast brīvu vietu tuvu dzīvoklim. Visu laiku jāpiedomā pie elektrības lietošanas - ja virtuvē strādā plīts, tējkanna un cita sadzīves tehnika, tad kondicionieri nedrīkst strādāt. Īpatnēja gultasveļas koncepcija ar 2 palagiem - bija neērta gulēšana. Tīrība virspusēji laba, bet sīkumos varēja būt tīrāks un bija dažas tehniskas problēmas, piemēram, durvis uz terasi nevar aizslēgt, vajadzēja nolaist žalūzijas. Tie tādi sīkumi - kopumā bija ļoti labi.
