My flight to Hanoi was delayed, and I reached later than what I expected and was tired. The staff was really accommodating and considerate. They have upgraded my room without extra cost. 🫶🏻 This was my 2nd time staying at Rising Dragon and they always meet my expectations. This time, exceeded.
Rooms can be better but it is understandable considering the possible age of the building. But all in all, it is in a safe location.

We really enjoyed our two-day stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious, bright, and nicely decorated. It was also very clean and comfortable throughout. Despite being in the Old Quarter, there was very little street noise. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were incredibly helpful in every way.

Location was nice.
The rooms were smaller than expected. Beds not the most comfortable and first room we got smelled moldy. When asked we were able to move in a different room.
