The apartment is in a great area. You'll need a car or taxi to reach the tourist attractions. Excellent way to get the apartment keys (VIDEO). All amenities are provided in the apartment. Super clean and plenty of towels. The host responds almost immediately to any questions.
The amount of hot water for showering was limited (a small boiler). It took half an hour for the next person to shower. The host indicated that the bathroom will be renovated in April 2026, so this won't happen again. It wasn't a major drawback for us.

Clean, easy to find, good communication from local agent (including a helpful video about accessing and using the property), nice pool, free and easy parking
Slightly limited on facilities like restaurants, bars, gyms etc... You need a car Some noise from passing traffic. Hot water system a bit temperamental. Although I loved the extra firm mattress others may not.
